Private New Build, East Cork

This Private Residential project was completed in 2024. We began working with the homeowners in 2022 at foundation stage, this allowed us to make some modifications to the floor plans and achieve the layout we needed for our designs.

For this project we provided our forever home plan comprising of interior architecture and design.

Our 3D Design Package with photorealistic renders and video walkthrough enabled the client to fully visualise how the home would look and function before committing to a design alongside a comprehensive pack of drawing with all details required for trades and suppliers.

From there we sourced all materials, finishes, furniture, fitted cabinetry, large furniture, soft furnishings, art and accessories.

We approached the project on a phase by phase approach ensuring all decisions were made ahead of schedule as the build progressed.
