New Build Interior Design Fit Out

This turnkey fit out of a new build townhouse in Cork, Ireland was completed in 2025 to create a luxurious and contemporary home for our client ready to move in.

We were brought on board at foundation stage which allowed us to make changes required to achieve the clients dream home prior to first fix, thus reducing costs that would have otherwise been incurred down the line.

For this project we provided our 3D Design Package with photorealistic renders to help the client fully visualise how the home would look and function before work began.

We managed and sourced all materials, finishes, furniture, fitted cabinetry, soft furnishings, art and accessories and homeware. Our full installation began once the client received the keys, taking the property from a dusty builders finish to a contemporary and stylish home.

The sleek, contemporary kitchen design lead the way for the overall aesthetic in the home, deep paint colours contrasted with bespoke panelling, polished plaster, engineered wood floors, stylish bathrooms and architectural lighting to create the ultimate retreat after a busy day in the office.

Each room in the home has a unique personality yet are all tied together through colour, materiality and textiles.
